Colorful salt is one of the things with which the Panagyurishte region is famous throughout the country. It is always found on the table when Bulgarian meals are eaten. It tastes like salt which is vital for life, and smells like some unique bulgarian herbs. In the area people celebrate by organizing competitions and tables full of different aromas.
