ST. PROCOPIUS

Traditions dictate that a bowl of honey be left in the church for twenty-four hours on the day of the saint. It is thought that this honey is unusually healing on the following day. Until the very votive offering to the saint, the owners sacrifice a ram and arrange a rich table with honey bread and loaves.
