• potatoes - 1 kg
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • cottage cheese - 3 handfuls or crushed (cheese)
  • salt - 1 tsp. equal in taste
  • mint - a few stalks fresh or dried
  • onion - 1 head
  • oil - for the pan, etc.

How to make it
Peel the potatoes, wash them and grate them. Stir in a separate bowl eggs, cottage cheese, finely chopped onions and mint (fresh is tastier, but can also be dried), and salt.
Mix them with the grated potatoes and pour the whole mixture into a pan with hot fat (oil, etc.). Quickly spread on the bottom of the pan with a non-stick coating, so that the thickness is uniform everywhere. Bake on medium heat and, if possible, the pan should be covered after about 15-20 minutes, turn carefully with the help of the lid, turning sharply, and then slip back into the pan.
Bake for another 15-20 minutes (now you can without a lid). Once the food is ready, place on
top a large plate upside down (facing the patatnik) and turn so that the bottom
side of the patatnik to fall from above. Serve still warm.
